At Giftorakart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of gift products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is received in a damaged or defective condition.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@giftorakart.store with clear images or videos.
After verification, a replacement or refund may be provided based on the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift hampers once opened
- Used or damaged items due to misuse
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Policy Discretion
Giftorakart reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests after verification.
